This is what brought Skillsoft to us when they wanted to breathe fresh air into their highly anticipated Winner’s Circle employee incentive program, an annual incentive trip they hosted as part of a key strategy to reward and recognize their top sales performers and motivate mid-level sales reps.
KCI has worked very hard to understand the psychology of incentivization experiences. Applying that knowledge, we worked with Skillsoft to create a fulsome experience that rose above traditional incentive trips.
