Incentive Trip Story

KCI has built a reputation for creating compelling incentive programs for top-tier international clients. This is what brought Skillsoft to us when they wanted to breathe fresh air into their highly anticipated Winner’s Circle employee incentive program, an annual incentive trip they hosted as part of a key strategy to reward and recognize their top sales performers and motivate mid-level sales reps. 

 

Kickoff Story

Though kickoff programs are required attendance, audience experience still matters. Informatica wanted to create a great program that would get their employees excited and engaged. KCI worked with Informatica to identify what was working from the past years’ programs and how to elevate and try new things based on our extensive experience with creating successful kickoff programs. This included making slight changes to the program, including adding events where the whole group would come together to mingle across specialties, and adding memorable moments and group health and wellness activities like yoga and a fun run to activate guests. 

 

Customer Conference Story

With KCI’s guidance and project management, the inaugural customer conference was a great success, experiencing a 90% attendance rate, and fantastic feedback from guests, partners, and sponsors. KCI helped Optimizely develop a proven model they could follow and build on for future programs. Optimizely was so pleased with our work that they secured KCI’s services to continue supporting their future annual flagship programs and their annual regional European programs in London and Stockholm. KCI’s involvement across the local and regional programs has enabled continuity and efficiency that has helped to grow all programs with outstanding attendance and feedback. 

 

Zoom Executive Summit Story

KCI’s approach begins with understanding the goals of a program. For this inaugural year, the success of the program hinged on getting the right people to attend. This meant that KCI’s first step was to help get the word out. It was critical that KCI worked closely with Zoom’s executive team to help advise and execute a strategy to create excitement and communicate the value of the program and help foster the relationship between Zoom executives and their senior-level customers. KCI’s help in fostering this new community and building those relationships proved highly successful, bringing out 58% more attendees than targeted in the program’s inaugural year. 

 

LBMX Executive Summit Story

KCI has gone the extra mile in helping LBMX build a strong community of C-level executives in their industry that continue to come back, year after year. Over a decade of working together, KCI has become an extension of the LBMX team at these events, building strong relationships with the participants and keeping them engaged to offer their feedback on the event, delivering insights that help make the event better and better every year.
