“Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Kimberley Clarke and her team for a very prestigious and high-profile event that involved both of SAP’s Co-CEO’s, Bill McDermott and Jim Hageman Snabe. The event was billed as a thought leadership event for cutting-edge CEO’s. So, as you can imagine, there was zero space for any mis-steps as this event was designated for CEO’s and global movers and shakers such as Hillary Rodham Clinton. Kimberley and her team worked seamlessly with the SAP group and myriad vendors to not only manage but also add real value with the outside contacts. I literally considered her a part of my staff with the full trust and confidence to make judgement calls and own the moving pieces that had to be wrangled behind the scenes. At every turn, I knew that they “got it” and were on top of every item in all aspects of operations and concierge services.
The event went like a dream, all items fell into place, and every CEO in attendance had nothing but rave reviews from the first touch point to the last. KC and team not only made everyone feel like a rock star, they made me look like one to my management. There were others steps that I noticed they picked up on as well that are worth noting. For instance, on our weekly team calls, KC not only reported on but provided advice regarding recruiting and following up with attendees – despite the fact that it was out of her team’s actual scope. A true team player. When we identified a problem, she was quick to suggest action and they quickly assembled a task force of callers to work the list to produce and report on results. Overall there never seemed to be any surprises for this group as they continued to step up every step of the way. The CEO Summit is scheduled as well and I promise you that we won’t move forward without KC and team on board with us!”

Over the last 4 weeks, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of executing two major events, DF and GLS, with your team members at the helm. I wanted to take this opportunity to say that never in my career have I worked with such a class act agency like KCI.
Every single member is committed to excellence from the moment we receive the contract to the last debrief. Specially, both Danielle and Elyse went above and beyond both during the planning process but more importantly on-site. No detail is spared and they always have Vonage in their best interest when making critical decisions that positively impact outcomes. In addition, Alie and Caitlyn were a pleasure to work with and also never stopped hustling with a pleasant attitude; all a true extension of my internal team.
