There is nothing quite like the energy and passion that comes with hosting an event with over 17,000 attendees. For one of our clients, a Fortune 500 Company in Technology Services, hosting an event of this magnitude introduced a unique challenge - a chaotic event experience from the perspective of the C-Suite, Directors and customer VIPs in attendance. 

The Global Events team was tasked with creating a seamless and memorable experience for all 17,000 guests in attendance. Our team was recruited to help with the specific goal of maximizing the efficiency and productivity of the senior executives attending their event.

We created a comprehensive Executive Care program. The plan enabled us to support their executives in seamlessly transitioning from their office to the live event. Once on site, we were able to allow them to concentrate on key business objectives, maximizing time with customers and peers within the company, and ultimately build their revenue pipeline. 

We knew the stakes were high - previous challenges at events had led to frustration with the Global Events team, the executive’s assistants, and within the executives themselves.

While on-site during the event, our executive care team became the single point of contact - an executive only concierge - handling every moving part of the VIP program.

The combination of a great plan with on-site support was incredibly successful. The senior level executives had a far more productive and positive experience at their own company’s event. Building on that success, we are now leading initiatives to bring our solution to all high-touch and VIP facing components.
