KCI was hired to facilitate customer meetings & product demonstrations at a national trade show to accelerate pipeline growth.
On January 17-20, 2016 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York City, the National Retail Federation – Retail’s Big Show – was held with more than 33,000 attendees, hundreds of sessions, miles of EXPO, and technologies to boggle the mind. First Data, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology solutions, participated as a Silver Sponsor and Exhibitor to reinforce their position in the marketplace, increase awareness of their solutions and capabilities, engage new prospects by demonstrating their full range of commerce technology, and strengthen relationship with existing customers.
Supporting this last objective, KCI played an integral role in meeting management of multiple spaces on-site at NRF. Defining and communicating the booking process, scheduling meetings, sending confirmations, administering changes and tracking information, we successfully facilitated more than 75 1:1 customer meetings over the two day period. A direct touch-point with Account Executives, Customers were able to discuss current needs and business challenges, receive immediate feedback and learn more about First Data solutions.
KCI continues to work with First Data on trade show events which have resulted in an increase of client meetings by more than 200%.
