KCI plays a key role in operations and project management leading to the ongoing success of ARGUS Connect, a two-day client conference.
This annual program, held at luxury properties across North America, brings together more than 250 Executives, IT professionals and Users (both decision-makers and end-users) for a 2-day conference. Business objectives include positioning and reinforcing the ARGUS brand and solutions, as well as advancing key relationships with customers and partners. The agenda typically features keynotes, breakouts, panel discussions, and opportunities for education and networking.
In the lead up to the program, KCI is engaged in a project management role, ensuring that key dates and deliverables are met on time and within budget. We manage numerous operational components, including housing, registration and sponsorship fulfillment as well as all on-site logistics – AV, production, catering.
ARGUS Connect continues to be a tremendous success. Year over year, the program sees increases in both attendance, and in participation of the ARGUS Enterprise Certification Training. Survey results consistently show positive attendee experiences. KCI continues to be a valued partner, and extended member of the ARGUS team.
