Kimberley Clarke is the founder and driving force behind KCI Management Inc. (KCI). Kimberley’s dynamism and leadership, combined with her unique ability to execute flawless events, have earned KCI several global, blue-chip clients. 

In her role as President and Chief Strategy Officer, Kimberley oversees all international and domestic accounts. Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience in marketing and event management, Kimberley delivers strategic direction to clients at the event planning stage. By identifying each client’s unique business objectives, target audiences and desired outcomes, she ensures a successful event every time. Kimberley is especially effective at bolstering clients’ sales channels through lead-generation events. 

A true team player, Kimberley does more than just direct the initial planning stage. She also plays an active role in events as they go live, ensuring every detail is perfectly attended to. This “white glove” approach has earned KCI a sterling reputation and a business development platform built almost entirely on client referrals.

Founded in 2001, KCI is an established company that continues to experience impressive growth: in the last two years, KCI has doubled both its staff and its revenues. Kimberley’s vision was to create a company where people loved coming to work, and that vision has proven a competitive advantage. While other event management companies experience high turnover, many of Kimberley’s team members have been with her for years.

Kimberley earned her Bachelor’s degree at The University of Western Ontario before pursuing a specialization in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. As an avid community supporter, Kimberley has volunteered her event management and marketing expertise to a number of charitable organizations and causes, including St. Joseph’s Health Care, the London Charity Golf Classic for Prostate Cancer, and Big Sisters of London.
