Kimberley Clarke is the founder and strategic force behind KCI Management Inc. (KCI). Kimberley’s dynamism and leadership, combined with her unique ability to execute flawless events, have earned KCI several global, blue-chip clients.
In her role as President and Chief Strategy Officer, Kimberley oversees and works closely with her team of senior staff as they execute client programs. Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience in experiential marketing, Kimberley provides strategic direction to the KCI staff at all stages of the event planning process. As she leads the business development work at KCI, she can often be found in flight, meeting with clients, hosting a site visit or attending events herself as she stays on top of industry trends. KC’s client focused approach has earned KCI a sterling reputation and a business platform built almost entirely on client referrals.
Founded in 2001, KCI is an established company that continues to experience impressive growth: in the last two years, KCI has doubled both its staff and its revenues. Kimberley’s vision was to create a company where people loved coming to work, and that vision has proven a competitive advantage. While other event management companies experience high turnover, many of Kimberley’s team members have been with her for years.
Kimberley earned her bachelor’s degree at The University of Western Ontario before pursuing a specialization in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Kimberley currently sits on the advisory boards for the NHL Coaches Association and for Crimson Asset Management. She is closely involved with the Maddie Project, a Toronto non-profit dedicated to building awareness for youth mental health and raising funds for treatment facilities. She works extensively as a mentor, advising young people as they launch their careers, and is a past Member of the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and co-chair of the Prostate Cancer Golf Tournament in London.
