Jennifer Phelan is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at KCI Management and is responsible for leading the financial and human resources of the company. Jennifer brings more than ten years’ experience in executive leadership within the private sector and along with the President and Chief Strategy Officer is part of the driving force behind the strategic direction and growth of the company.

With a real focus on enhancing the attendee experience, Liz is responsible for the planning and execution of a broad range of events while offering unparalleled excellence in operations. Liz integrates seamlessly with a client team, managing resources and budgets with ease to ensure milestones are met and events are executed flawlessly. Strong client relations is of paramount importance to Liz while offering insight and direction to guide program initiatives that inspire attendee engagement and effective outcomes.

In her role as Senior Manager, Lexa has an impressive portfolio of event management experience including operations and conference management. Working with clients from inception to execution, she is focused on the client experience and ensuring successful outcomes. Also responsible for KCI talent recruitment and retention, Lexa focuses on development of the team and fostering the KCI way. She provides the necessary leadership and direction for both client and team success.

Jessica Morassutti


As a Senior Manager, Jessica is the onsite go-to person for a variety of events, productions, tradeshows and conferences – ultimately responsible for an on-time and on-budget events with her team of Coordinators. Jessica knows how to “turn an event into a campaign”. From communications and budgets, to stakeholder liaison and event research, she manages the moving parts and is deeply invested in an event’s success.

Senior Manager | Corporate Events

As Senior Manager, Leah is charged with developing new and existing business working with a client from concept to execution. Responsible for the development, production and delivery of projects from proposal through to completion she is also responsible for communicating, maintaining and nurturing client relationships. Providing leadership, motivation and direction, Leah has more than 10 years in the industry and is highly skilled in strategic planning, project management and marketing communications. She is passionate about her work and loves interacting with others.

As Manager, Executive Events, Stacey focuses on key global clients providing a “white glove” experience for their customers and senior executives. Stacey brings an elite level of execution to her clients’ in-house operations, ensuring that essential components of the executive experience - including transportation and security; executive dining, lodging and meeting space - are seamlessly addressed. This attention to detail enables C-Suite Executives, Board Members, and VIP clients to focus on their business objectives. A talented communicator, Stacey is adept at collaborating with a diverse range of vendors and service providers to deliver events of the highest caliber.

As Manager of Corporate Events, Danielle is instrumental in delivering events on time, within budget, and that exceed expectations. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project, Danielle manages operations and administrative functions with ease. Quick to jump in and support where needed, she is an invaluable resource and tremendous support onsite.

As Event Coordinator, Cait is largely responsible for event registration, housing and client support. Her ability to multi-task and keen eye for detail allow her to handle peak periods with ease. Danielle has five years of industry experience and a post-graduate degree in Event Management, and brings her creative, detail-oriented approach to every project. From organizing an event ahead of time to supporting registration the day of, Danielle takes pride in providing a world-class experience for every client.

Accounting Specialist

As our accounting specialist, Nancy plays a vital role in maintaining and tracking budgets for the events KCI team members are working on and ensuring timely review of project expenses for accurate client reporting and invoicing. She also manages KCI’s internal accounting processes and is responsible for both month-end reporting and year-end procedures. With more than 20 years of experience in both public and private companies, Nancy is an invaluable go-to resource.
